How it works

We do the setup. Your phone does the rest.

Bellory is not software you configure. It’s a receptionist we build around your business: your services, your prices, your rules. Then we test it with you before it ever answers a real customer.

The install

Six steps from first call to live line.

You answer questions and join the test calls. We do the rest.

  1. 01

    A 15-minute fit call

    You
Tell us how calls work today: who answers, what slips through, which jobs matter most.
    We
Listen. If Bellory isn’t a fit, we say so and part friends.
  2. 02

    We build your call flow

    You
Answer questions about how the business already runs.
    We
Do the configuration: services, pricing guidance, service area, business hours, emergency rules, booking logic, and who to contact when a human is needed.
  3. 03

    Your greeting, your rules

    You
Pick the name and the greeting. Decide what it may quote, what it must never promise, and when it hands the call to you.
    We
Write the greeting in your company’s voice and set those as hard rules.
  4. 04

    Calendar connection

    You
Decide whether jobs go straight onto the calendar or Bellory holds each request for your approval.
    We
Connect your Google Calendar so booked jobs land where your crew already looks.
  5. 05

    Test calls before launch

    You
Get on the phone with us and try to break it.
    We
Run the scenarios: broken spring at 2 AM, out-of-area caller, price shopper, full calendar. It goes live only after they pass.
  6. 06

Go live without changing your number

    You
Keep your number. It forwards to Bellory when you can’t answer, or Bellory runs on a dedicated line.
    We
Take it live. Customers notice nothing except that someone always picks up.

The configuration

Everything we configure with you.

This is the whole list. You answer questions about how the business already runs; we turn the answers into the call flow and keep it current.

  • Services

Exactly what you do and don’t take: spring and cable repair, opener install, off-track doors, new door sales, commercial work. Bellory turns down what you don’t want rather than booking it.

  • Service areas

The cities, neighborhoods, and ZIPs you cover, plus what to say to someone just outside them. Addresses are checked against a real address database before an appointment is confirmed.

  • Business hours

Regular hours, after-hours behavior, holidays, and the days you’d rather not be booked. Bellory can still take the call at 2 AM and simply book it for the morning.

  • Emergency routing

Which situations count as urgent for your shop (trapped vehicle, door stuck open, commercial door down), and whether each one books, calls you, or both.

  • Booking rules

Job lengths, travel buffers, how far ahead you’ll book, which slots stay protected, and the deposit or diagnostic-fee language you want used.

  • Fallback contacts

Who gets the call when the primary line is busy, and the order to try them in. Nobody lands on a dead end.

  • Call summaries

Where summaries go (text, email, or both), who receives them, and how much detail you want after each call.

  • Test scenarios

The calls we run before you go live: broken spring, opener repair, off-track door, stuck-open door, new door estimate, after-hours emergency, and the pricing questions you get asked most.

Once it’s live

On every call.

What the receptionist does with each call it takes, by the rules above.

  • Qualifies the caller

Name, callback number, address, and the actual problem, collected naturally, one question at a time. Never like a form being read out loud.

  • Spots emergencies

Trapped vehicles, stuck-open doors, and safety issues are classified against your rules and treated with the urgency they deserve.

  • Checks your real availability

Openings come from your live calendar. Bellory never invents a time slot, and it respects the travel buffers and appointment lengths you set.

  • Books or escalates

Qualified callers get booked by your rules and get a confirmation text. Anything outside the rules (pricing edge cases, unusual jobs, upset customers) goes to a person.

  • Hands off to humans

When a caller needs you, Bellory transfers the call to the owner’s line and says so naturally. No dead ends, no “please visit our website.”

  • Keeps a record

Every call produces a transcript, a summary, and a saved lead, so the follow-up never depends on someone’s memory.

After launch

You never manage the AI.

Want the greeting changed, a price range updated, or a new service added? Tell us and we handle it, usually the same day.

Bellory is supported by the person who built it, not a ticket queue. And if something ever needs your attention, you hear about it instead of finding out later.

You say

  • Change the greeting.
  • Update a price range.
  • Add a new service.

We do

Handle it, usually the same day. Send it to hello@usebellory.com and it lands with the person who built Bellory.

Next step

Start with the fit call.

Fifteen minutes. You tell us how calls work today; if Bellory isn’t a fit, we say so and part friends.

Or hear it answer first: (385) 340-1808
